  • We  ship all items within 10 days of payment and use the best possible packaging to ensure a safe arrival. We ship Parcel Post unless another carrier is requested by you. We normally ship once a week, as the US Post Office is many miles from our store.

  • We strongly advise buyers to purchase insurance . The shipper is solely responsible for any damage or loss. Any claims must must be filed with the carrier.

  • If you are shipping your returned item by USPS please remember, Parcel Post tracking does not begin when we deliver your package to their facility . USPS Parcel Post can take up to 14 days for delivery, so please do not contact us until 14 days after we ship if arrival is delayed. We will send you a shipping confirmation by Email. Please include your email address when ordering.

  • We offer a combined shipping discount if more than one item is ordered, and  if they can be shipped  together we will offer you a lower rate. Please contact us for a combined shipping rate.

 



Returns and Shipping
  
We will accept returns under the following conditions:

  • If, for any reason there is a problem with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 days of arrival. If there is a valid reason for returning the item (not described properly or defective) it must be returned to us within 7 days.  Buyer's Remorse is not a valid reason for a return.

  • We will not accept returned items without notifying our company first.

  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. The item must be returned in the same condition as mailed and in the original packaging before a refund or exchange will be made.

  • Returned items must be insured by the customer.

  • We encourage you to ask as many questions as you wish about our products before you buy and closely examine our photos.


Terms of Sale
We try to  list our items with as much accuracy as possible and with  descriptive photos. Many of our items are "one-of-a-kind" and are subject to prior sale. Please call or email us prior to purchase.
