     Come visit us at our retail store in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina. We have been at this location for over 25 years serving our customers. Our store contains a large inventory of jewelry, gemstones, minerals specimens, fossils, and gemstone cutting rough. We are both a jewelry store and a lapidary store.

     Ruby mining is the activity that brings most people to the Franklin, NC area.  Stop by our store before you go mining and we will show you what to look for. We will give you a Franklin, NC area mining map and tell you which mines are producing the best rubies, sapphires and other gemstones. See us after mining and we will show you what to keep, cut, and mount into a beautiful piece of jewelry. Just imagine finding your very own gemstone at one of the local mines and having it made up especially for you!

     Our store is open seasonally from April through October. Store hours are from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm, Tuesday through Saturday.

     We are located 3 miles north of the town of Franklin on U.S. Highway 441, at the intersection of Highway 441 and Sanderstown Rd.
